Project Description
The Waller Solar Project is a utility-scale solar installation currently under construction in Virginia, representing Vanguard Energy Partners’ first project in the state. The project expands VEP’s geographic footprint while reinforcing our ability to execute effectively in new regulatory and market environments.
VEP is serving as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contractor and is self-performing both mechanical and electrical scopes of work. This approach provides greater control over quality, schedule, and field coordination while supporting efficient execution. The project is anticipated to reach completion in December 2027.
