For more than two and a half years, Jorge has been a leader within VEP’s mechanical self-perform division, consistently demonstrating that safety and productivity go hand in hand. Working in utility-scale solar construction presents unique challenges every day, but Jorge has continually led by example, making thoughtful decisions that prioritize the well-being of his crew while maintaining the high standards of quality and performance that VEP is known for. His team’s exceptional safety record is a direct reflection of the leadership, accountability, and professionalism he brings to every project.
