Mr.Osowski is responsible for leading technical and engineering aspects of VEP projects. Mr. Osowski is a solar expert with over two decades of experience in construction and roofing. His extensive technical and photovoltaic knowledge is the driving force behind a large number of Vanguard's design-build projects. Mr. Osowski has designed over 40 megawatts of DC rated solar capacity to date.
