Mr. Geraghty is responsible for developing finance solutions for clients and project investors, including power purchase agreement ownership arrangements. As the Managing Director of VEC, which is the captive finance affiliate of VEP, Mr. Geraghty sources the necessary capital, structures and negotiates financing agreements, and maintains the unit's key relationships with financial institutions, project investors and non-recourse lenders. Mr. Geraghty has been structuring and negotiating major project financings since 1988.
